Our office staff has been carefully chosen to try to provide each individual patient with as pleasant, caring, competent and positive patient care - as we would each like to receive for ourselves and our own families.

Leslie - Office Administrator

ENT Office AdministratorLeslie is our office manager and administrator with an extraordinary and varied wealth of 20+ years of critical experience in both medical nursing in hospital-based facilities, inpatient clinics, intra-operative surgical care technologies etc. as well as multiple increasing responsible specialty administrative roles in several private offices. These various positions in different but associated surgical sub-specialties all helped to increase her multifaceted experience before being specifically chosen to supervise our own private personal practice office.

She brings to our patients, an in-depth knowledge and experience in - optimizing our private patient's care experience, ensuring the critical necessary medical insurance requirements and authorizations, clarifying and providing our patient's with insight into their related office billings procedures and questions, clarifying patients medical management and surgical procedure related clinical questions and concerns etc. 

Most valuable of all...offering our established patients a very personable, caring, experienced and knowledgeable and especially an readily available 'patient- centric advocate'  to help optimize their health care experience through our office.

 

Wendy - Patient Coordinator

ENT Patient CoordinatorAs our front office - intake receptionist and patient coordinator, Wendy acts as a critical patient orientated contact person for each new patient's introduction and scheduling entry point into our private practice experience. She provides appropriate crucial scheduling information, information on accessing our Internet based advanced and secure, HIPA compliant, personal and private 'Patient Portal' for patients to provide the essential E.N.T. medical complaints and past history along with review of your overall health medical information, required to making the most of their upcoming personal health consultation with Dr. Strelzow, M.D.

Providing these key patient centric services with good humor, patience and genuine concern, ads a great deal to improving our patient's healthcare experience during their  continuing interaction with our private practice office.

 

 


ASSOCIATED AUDIOLOGY SERVICES -  Krista

Associate AudiologistKrista, who has a seperate private practice in her own office, holds a clinical doctorate in Audiology as well as a M.A. in Communicative Disorders, and brings over 20 years of experience, having worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, as well as working as an educational audiologist for the hearing impaired students in our local schools. Dr. Hoskins Au.D., started private practice in 2008, focusing on rehabilitative audiology for both children & adults, offering comprehensive hearing evaluations, new fittings and follow up care for advanced technology hearing instruments, assistive listening devices, tinnitus (noise in the ears) therapies, as well as ear protection devices such as noise plugs, musician 'filtered' ear plugs & monitors, and swim plugs
